 1 Home Live staging

To make a home staging in person I have to see the property, so the easiest thing is to get in touch with me ( via mail, phone, WhatsApp ) as it is more comfortable for you, we meet, I see the property, I take pictures and some measurements, I’ll go to my office and prepare the budget. I always give at least two options and we discuss them without commitment. So far it is free. If you accept the work, we  schedule dates and I get to work, the delivery time of each project is different depending on the size, but I always try to make it as quickly as possible, here we agree a fee.

 

2 Advice Home Staging online

This home staging is for those of you who want to do it themself. I can accompany you to do your home staging with my help, I will be there until the end. With some photos, a video, a video call, which is more comfortable and easy for you. I do the study and send you a detailed report with photos, purchases, etc. You put the budget. Price advice from 50€.

 

3 We value your property at market price

We will help you to see how the market is in your area, your competition, the features offered by your home, pros and cons, services in the area. We will enhance all the good that your house has, because all the houses have it, but sometimes we sell for various reasons and the house no longer motivates us. We help you see them.

9 Keyholding 

Annual fee of €99 we safely deposit a set of your house keys at our office in El Campello. This service is ideal if you don’t reside full time in Spain. Imagine you have friends staying at your home and they lose their keys or there is an electrical problem/water leak….Simply call the office and authorise us to release the keys to whomever you like

 
10 Full Property Management

Annual Fee €395 – Apart from the ‘Keyholding’ service detailed above we fully inspect your property once a month checking everything from the electrics and water to the general security of your property. Of course we are also on hand to attend your property should any emergency arise. The property will be fully aired and a written report will be forwarded by email for your peace of mind.

Now for those clients who would like us to rent their property out for short term holiday lets, included in the €395 annual fee we fully market the property on over 60 (paid) websites across Europe, we manage all the enquiries, bookings, meet and greets, final cleaning….absolutely everything
